As the year comes to a close, we’re celebrating the creators who brought some of the most exciting brand campaigns to life in 2024.

These creators brought energy, creativity, and authenticity to every brief, making a real impact for the brands they worked with. Here’s a look at what our top creators of the year had to say about their experiences - and how they’re gearing up for more success in 2025.

Josie

Josie is a UK-based UGC creator, wife, and mum of three (plus Luna, her adorable cockapoo). She’s a master storyteller, using video to connect with audiences on an emotional level.

Josie has a background in sales and marketing, having run her own business for three years before diving into UGC full-time. Her bright and modern home in Greater Manchester serves as the perfect set for her relatable content.

How has working with different brands helped you grow as a creator?

Each brand has a different style and desire of what they want from the content. I love that I get to be creative and lean into new ideas. Working with different brands means that each brief is different and that I get to try out different styles of content. I’ve done everything from unboxing to comedy sketches to fancy transitions - I love the variety.

What’s been your favourite collaboration of 2024, and why?

My content for Protein Works stands out the most. It’s a brand that I’ve used before and absolutely love; so it felt extra special to create content for them. Plus I see my ads pop up all the time and friends have seen them too! I love it when people send me a screenshot and say “Did I just see you in this ad?

Corinne

Corinne combines a background in affiliate marketing with over four years of content creation experience to craft relatable, organic videos for purpose-driven brands.

She’s worked with some incredible brands, while also building her own TikTok presence around holistic health and wellness. With a professional audio recording setup and a knack for voiceovers, Corinne brings a polished touch to every project. Plus, her 2-year-old daughter occasionally makes a cameo (off-camera) to add that extra personal touch.

What’s been the highlight of your collaborations in 2024, and what made it so impactful for you as a creator?

I have loved so many collaborations so I can't pull out a single one but what I will say is that my most favourite thing is when I have an ongoing relationship with a brand. You really get to know what the brand wants and also feel more creatively free as times goes on!

What’s the most valuable feedback you’ve received from a brand this year that helped shape your approach to content creation?

Can you believe I never used to use Transitions because I thought they were tacky! A brand requested them and now my edits don't feel finished without them and also cheeky sound effects.

If you had to describe your 2024 on Twirl in three words, what would they be?
Growth, Fun and Creativity 😁

Matthew

Matt’s all about creating content that feels real, and whether it’s for lifestyle, food & drink, or tech brands, he knows how to make content stand out with authentic storytelling.

Based in the UK, Matt’s videos keep audiences engaged and brands coming back for more.

What do you think has been the most effective type of content you’ve created in 2024?

Dynamic B-roll has been the most effective content for me this year. It enhances the storytelling, makes products shine, and keeps the audience engaged.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to brands looking to collaborate with creators in 2025?

The more specificity brands can provide, such as exact B-roll shots or key phrases to include, the better. It helps creators understand the brands vision clearly and reduces the need for retakes, saving time for everyone.

If you had to describe your 2024 on Twirl in three words, what would they be?
Creative, collaborative, rewarding

Monica

Monica brings a bright, bubbly energy and a keen eye for aesthetics to her content. With over five years of experience in digital marketing, she’s worked across sectors like lifestyle, fitness, homeware, and sustainable fashion.

What’s the biggest lesson you’ve learned from your brand collaborations this year that you plan to apply going into 2025?

Be creative - I've moved flat twice this year and my workspace doesn’t always look aesthetic, but I'm on the move a lot and I often take the products I’m working on out with me wherever I can and utilise the spaces around me. Being adaptable is key.

What keeps you excited about creating content?

In most cases, it's the creative freedom. I love adding my own spin on a brief and thinking of new and exciting visual hooks.

If you had to describe your 2024 on Twirl in three words, what would they be?
Eye-opening, inspiring and incredible.

Sascha

Sascha is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for storytelling across theatre, film, writing, and illustration. As a UGC creator, she blends her love for cinema and performance with high-quality production skills, thanks to her professional filmmaking gear and versatile presenting style. Currently in her final year of BA Contemporary Theatre & Performance at UAL, Sascha has worked with an impressive list of brands, showcasing his creativity and adaptability.

What’s been your favourite collaboration of 2024, and why did it stand out?

My favourite collaboration(s) of 2024 was definitely with Garnier! This stood out for me because way before I had gotten into UGC, Garnier has been a constant presence in my life so to have done frequent collabs with them has been a dream come true!

What I especially love about Garnier’s collabs is how much they encourage me as a creator to simply be myself in these videos so creating for them has always been super fun for me!

How has working with different brands helped you grow as a creator?

Collaborating with a wide range of brands has pushed me to adapt to different voices, styles, and objectives, honing my ability to create specialised content that still feels true to my own brand (or I guess… myself as a person!). It’s helped me refine my storytelling skills, improve my time management, and gain confidence in navigating professional partnerships, all of which have made me a more versatile and skilled creator.

If you could collaborate with any brand or creator in the new year, who would it be and why?

In the new year, I would love to collaborate with more tech-based or homeware brands! Not only because I use them a lot to begin with in my personal life but because they represent innovation and creativity in ways that inspire me. Partnering with them would challenge me to step outside my comfort zone and create something truly impactful while aligning with a brand or individual I admire.
